What vehicles are compatible?

Compatibility depends on the model, region, infotainment version and software status. The service is designed for selected BYD and Denza vehicles with DiLink 5.0 or newer. A visible ADB QR screen is the strongest signal.

How long does it take?

The live remote session usually takes around 5 to 10 minutes once you and BAOLAB are online. Scheduling time is separate.

Is it safe?

The service uses the infotainment system’s existing QR authorization process and does not root or flash the vehicle. Enabling ADB and installing third-party apps can still affect warranty, privacy, cybersecurity and future support outcomes.

What apps can I install?

You can install compatible third-party Android apps, including selected sentry, dashcam and infotainment tools. App support varies by vehicle and software version.
